Additional Terms

$15.00 - Wait time per 15 minute increment (1st 15 minutes included)

50% of the flat rate - if the recipient is unavailable

Standard Operating Procedure

  • Order Intake: Online and phone orders route instantly through our integrated Shipday Logistics Network.

  • Blind Handling:  Clients place confidential legal documents inside a sealed folder which goes directly into locked transit case. Content privacy is strictly maintained.

  • Chain of Custody:  The case is locked and secured with a unique , number tamper-evident seal Recorded on a three part NCR manifest before transit.

  • Live Tracking:  Senders and recipients receive real time map tracking updates and precise ETA's from pick up to arrival.

  • Final Verification:  The recipient verifies the matching seal number and provides a mandatory signature with the precise GPS timestamp to close custody.
