Terms of Service

My Delivery Service A Division of J&J Robertson Holdings LLC Lake Havasu City, AZ Effective Date: June 12, 2026

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By scheduling a pickup or utilizing the courier services of My Delivery Service ("Company", "we", "us"), you ("Client") agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms apply to all routine, scheduled, and emergency deliveries.

2. SERVICE PROTOCOLS & CHAIN OF CUSTODY We specialize in the secure transport of legal, medical, and high-priority documents. All items are transported within a locking hard-shell briefcase anchored to the vehicle chassis using a cut-resistant steel security cable. Every document is secured with a unique, randomized numbered tamper-evident seal.

3. ZERO-ACCESS POLICY We maintain a strict "Zero-Access Policy." Our role is exclusively the secure transport of the locked briefcase. Couriers never have direct contact with the documents once they are sealed and are strictly prohibited from reading, copying, or disclosing the contents of any transported materials.

4. RATES, FEES, AND SURCHARGES Base rates are flat fees for in-town deliveries and base plus mileage ($1.33/mile) for out-of-town transport. Additional surcharges apply under the following conditions:

Wait Time: $15.00 per 15-minute increment (first 15 minutes included) for court filings or document hand-offs.
Attempted Delivery: 50% of the flat rate if the recipient is unavailable or refuses service.
After-Hours Surcharge: An additional $20.00 for pickups initiated after 6:00 PM or on weekends.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INSURANCE My Delivery Service is not liable for damages or losses exceeding the declared value of the parcel or the Courier’s insurance coverage. High-value or irreplaceable documents must be insured for their full replacement cost by the Client prior to transport. The Company assumes no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from transit delays or force majeure events. Furthermore, our maximum liability for any lost, damaged, or delayed shipment is strictly capped at a maximum of $100.00, or the total cost of the delivery service paid, whichever is greater.

6. PROHIBITED ITEMS & MEDICAL TRANSPORT Couriers are strictly prohibited from transporting non-legal or non-medical items alongside secure documents to avoid contamination and accidental loss. We reserve the right to refuse the transport of any item that violates state or federal laws, or falls outside our operational safety guidelines. All medical specimens, biohazards, or pharmaceuticals must be disclosed and booked explicitly via phone. We reserve the right to immediately refuse or cancel any online booking discovered to contain undisclosed medical or hazardous materials.

7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Mohave County, Arizona.
